fantastic stay!

complimentary drink attentive staff executive lounge

i was very impressed with the executive lounge! it provided complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day. the staff at the executive lounge, especially volkan, was always ready to assist. i found them consistently attentive and eager to help with any request.

The gym was a bit small. It only had a few machines.

halit at the lobby lounge showed really good service. he remembered me from a previous visit and offered excellent recommendations. tsira was also very helpful, checking in daily to ensure i had everything i needed!

The hotel has a nice pool area and kids' area. It is great for families. my room provided an very nice view. i appreciated the easy access to taksim square, just a short walk away. The location is a real plus.

Really good Hospitality and Service

refreshed pool warm hospitality

Merve, Mujdat, Yasin, and others knew how to pamper and look after us. The pool area has been recently renovated and looked very refreshed. Aleyna and Savaş at the pool bar provided warm hospitality and perfect attention to detail.

The breakfast buffet seemed repetitive . I hoped for more variety.

The staff members are very helpful and exemplify Turkish hospitality. The staff members are attentive and cater to guest needs promptly. Hasan and Murat from the bell team offered assistance and were very helpful .

spacious room helpful bellman renovated pool

the recently renovated room was spacious i liked the balcony it had bosphorus views breakfast in the hall was good the lobby lounge was nice for evening drinks hasan the bellman was very helpful. the room was super clean and comfortably furnished the staff were attentive and efficient. lunch at the terrace was delicious and calm. i enjoyed my time by the pool area.

the building works caused some noise i was not aware of it beforehand

the hotel benefits from an excellent location it is close to many attractions and offers convenient access to various parts of the city the hotel is also near public transportation making it easy to explore. the surrounding area is vibrant with shops and restaurants.
