i was very impressed with the executive lounge! it provided complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day. the staff at the executive lounge, especially volkan, was always ready to assist. i found them consistently attentive and eager to help with any request.

The gym was a bit small. It only had a few machines.

The hotel has a nice pool area and kids' area. It is great for families. my room provided an very nice view. i appreciated the easy access to taksim square, just a short walk away. The location is a real plus.

Merve, Mujdat, Yasin, and others knew how to pamper and look after us. The pool area has been recently renovated and looked very refreshed. Aleyna and Savaş at the pool bar provided warm hospitality and perfect attention to detail.

The breakfast buffet seemed repetitive . I hoped for more variety.

the recently renovated room was spacious i liked the balcony it had bosphorus views breakfast in the hall was good the lobby lounge was nice for evening drinks hasan the bellman was very helpful. the room was super clean and comfortably furnished the staff were attentive and efficient. lunch at the terrace was delicious and calm. i enjoyed my time by the pool area.

the building works caused some noise i was not aware of it beforehand
